Zoy is the most gentle dentist I have ever been to and I told him so today on my check up. I have always hated going to the dentist up till now but no longer Thank you Zoy.
The practice is small and could do with some refurbishments (which are due to be done apparently) but they have the finest dentist (Mr Erasmus) I have ever known. His skill and precision is so great, and is so calming and professional, he makes what would otherwise be very unpleasant procedures completely fine. After several bad experiences many years ago with other dentists, he has finally reversed my fear of the dentist and restored my confidence.
A dreaded experience made very comfortable. Dr Erasmus was wonderful and I cannot recommend him enough.
Zoy Erasmus is the most wonderful, kind, gentle dentist, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I have followed him around Sussex for almost 20 years, each time he has moved practices, and am currently driving over an hour to see him, and take my children to him too. Leanne on reception was very friendly and helpful with directions and parking advice as it was my first visit to Midhurst, and Jo the nurse was fantastic at doing her side of things while Zoy scaled and polished my teeth. Don't be put off by the slightly run down premises (I understand they are planning a refurbishment) as the dental care under Zoy is second to none. If you know anyone who is frightened of dentists, please send them to Zoy. He is SO gentle, no sudden movements, even the injections barely hurt as he is so steady handed. One nurse in the past said she loved working with him as it was like he was doing Tai Chi as he moves around patients' mouths so gracefully. I have never had problems after any work he has done, and even root canals have healed incredibly quickly with very little discomfort.
